Setting up branding is simple and allows you to quickly customize the look of your event:
Go to the event panel.
Open the General Settings tab .
In the General Settings tab, go to Branding.
Here you will find the ability to change the logo, color, cover, background and favicon of the event, as well as the font.
Branding elements and their settings
Event logo:
The recommended size of the logo is 500px x 300px.
The minimum size of the logo is 500px x 200px.
Event color:
It gives you the opportunity to choose two colors: the first main color and an additional one.
Event Cover:
The cover starts the Landing Page and Lobby of the event, and is a great place to display branding.
Recommended cover size: 1920px x 1080px.
Minimum cover size: 1000px x 200px.
Background of the event:
The event background is displayed below the main content section of the platform and Landing Page.
Recommended background size: 1920px x 1080px.
Minimum background size: 1000px x 200px.
In addition to background graphics, a solid background option is also available, which is set using a color code.
Favicon of the event:
Favicon is an icon displayed on a tab in a browser window.
Email header graphic
Graphic displayed in the email header.
Go to the General Settings, open the Communication tab.
Recommended size: width 1000px, height flexible.
Email footer graphic:
Graphic displayed in the email footer.
Go to the General Settings, open the Communication tab.
Recommended size: width 1000px, height flexible.
Event fonts:
We distinguish between the headline font and the text font.
Only fonts from the Google suite are available for selection.
If you are using a font outside of this package, we recommend looking for an equivalent in the Google package, using, for example, AI tools such as ChatGPT.
