Types of add-ons
There are two main types of add-ons in Gridaly:
Add-on included in the ticket: This is an add-on that is an integral part of the selected ticket.
Separate add-on: This is an add-on that you have to buy or pick up (in the case of free ones) independently of the ticket. It is worth mentioning that you determine whether the add-on is paid or free.
How to configure add-ons?
Configuration of add-ons is intuitive and is done in a few simple steps:
Go to the administration panel of your event.
In the menu on the left, select the Registration tab .
Then go to the Add-ons section .
Click Add Add-on at the top right of the page.
On the right side of the screen you will see a menu. In it you can:
Select the language in which you will edit the add-on.
Enter a title (e.g., "Access to an e-book with topics covered at the event"), a brief and detailed description.
Add an add-on graphic, which appears, among other things, when comparing the add-ons included in the ticket.
Add-on details - configuration options
After completing the basic information, go to the Additive Details section , where you can refine its operation:
Add-on type:
Session type: We use it in situations where the addition is, for example, an introduction to a workshop or an additional lecture.
Custom type: We use it for any other add-ons that are not tied to a specific session.

Add-on role: You can choose which pre-configured role the buyer should receive after purchasing the add-on.
Availability of the add-on:
Maximum number of add-ons to purchase: Here you set the maximum number of add-ons available for purchase.
