In the admin panel menu on the left, go to Organization.
Click on the item Billing profiles. Here you will see a list of all defined profiles.
To add a new profile, click the button "New billing profile".
Save the changes.

Once the profile is created, you must indicate that it is his data that is to be used for invoicing in a specific event.
From the menu on the left, select Event, which you are managing.
Go to Orders → Payment Settings.
Make sure you are in the Invoices tab , and then in the Invoice Data subsection .
From the "Billing Profile" drop-down list, select the one you previously configured.
Save settings. From now on, all new invoices will be issued with data from the selected profile.
Step 3: Configure the signature of the authorized person
You can also add a text signature (e.g., the name of an authorized person) to appear on the documents.
Return to Orders → Payment Settings.
Go to the Invoices tab , and then to the General subsection .
Find the "Signature on documents" field and enter the appropriate text.
Save the changes.
