Step 1: Activate Quick Filters
You can enable quick filters in the main agenda settings for the entire event.
In the administration panel, in the menu on the left, go to Program.
In the upper right corner, click the cogwheel icon (Settings) to enter the Agenda settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Quick Filters" section .
Check the switch to activate this function.
Step 2: Create and configure Quick Filters
After activating the function, you can start creating your own filters. Each filter is effectively a separate button that will appear above the agenda.
In the "Quick Filters" section, click the "Add" button .
In the new line that appears, configure your filter:
Title: Enter the name that will be displayed on the button (e.g. "Lectures", "Practical workshops", "Sessions for marketing").
Types: From the drop-down list, select one or more Program Point Types, to be included when you click the filter.
Tags: From the drop-down list, select Tags, which will further narrow down the results.
Spaces: Specify whether the filter should show program points only from selected Spaces (places).
You can add many different Quick Filters, creating, for example, separate buttons for each theme track, location or session format.
To change the order of the buttons, use the arrow icon and drag a row up or down.
Remember to save all changes to the Agenda settings at the end.
What does it look like for the participant?
After saving your configuration, aesthetically pleasing buttons with the titles you defined will appear above the list of agenda items on the Agenda page. Clicking on any of them will instantly filter the agenda according to the criteria you set, showing attendees only the items they are interested in.
