FAQ

How can I change the order of tasks on the list?

When editing or creating a task, you can use the "Display before" field to place a task before another existing task.

Can I create an assignment where points are awarded proportionally to the test score?

Yes. For tasks of the type Pass the test, you can check the option "Award points in proportion to the score of the form". This way, a participant who scores 50% on the test will get half of the points provided for that task.

What are moderation-required tasks?

Some tasks, such as "Send photo"(photo-send), require your approval. They will appear in a separate "Moderation" tab, where you can approve or reject them. There you can also award a custom number of points, if you have enabled such an option in the task settings.

Can the participant see progress in the task right away?

Yes, the progress of the tasks (e.g., the number of messages sent out of the 10 required) is updated in real time and visible to the participant in his gamification panel.
