What is a Ticket Package?
Ticket Package is a feature that allows you to group and sell several individual tickets simultaneously. This is ideal when you want to offer attendees comprehensive access to different parts of your event, often at a more attractive price.
Example: You organize a conference with additional paid workshops. You can create:
"Conference" Ticket,
"Workshop A" Ticket,
"Full Access" Ticket Package, which includes both of the above tickets.
Step 1: Prepare tickets for bundling
Before you create a package, you must first prepare the individual tickets that will go into it. If you don't know how to create a basic ticket, check out our article: Creating your first ticket - a step-by-step guide.
Any ticket that you want to be part of a package must have the corresponding option enabled:
In the administration panel, go to Registration → Tickets.
Create a new ticket or edit an existing one.
In the ticket settings form, find the field "Can be combined with other tickets into one package" and select "Yes" from the drop-down list .
Save the changes. Repeat this process for all the tickets you want to include in the bundles.
Step 2: Create a Ticket Package
Once your tickets are ready, you can proceed to create a package.
In the left navigation menu, go to Registration → Ticket Packages.
Click the green "+" button to add a new package.
You will be taken to the package creation form, which consists of three tabs: Basic, Price and Limits.
"Basic" tab
In this section you define the basic information about the package and select the tickets to be included in it.
Name - enter the name of the package, such as "VIP Package" or "2-Day Ticket".
Short Description and Description - add information that will help attendees understand what the package contains.
Bundle Tickets → Tickets - from the drop-down list, select all tickets to be included in this bundle. Only those tickets for which the bundling option was enabled in step 1 will appear here.
"Price" tab
Here you configure how the price for the entire package is charged.
How the package price is calculated:
Sum from all tickets - the package price will automatically be the sum of the prices of all component tickets.
Custom - allows you to set a fixed, custom price for the entire package, regardless of the prices of the component tickets. This is ideal if you want to offer a discount on the purchase of a set.
Ticket pool type - allows you to create advanced pricing scenarios, such as time pools (e.g. Early Birds) or quantity pools. You can read more about this in the article on managing ticket pricing and availability.
Tab "Limits"
In the last tab you specify the limits of availability and sales of the package.
The way to limit the package:
Smallest ticket limit - the availability of the package will be limited by that component ticket whose pool is the smallest. If any ticket sells out, the entire package will also become unavailable.
Custom - you can set a hard limit for the package itself, such as 100 units, regardless of the limits of the component tickets.
Show current limit on registration - decide whether you want participants to see how many packages are left on sale.
Limit per order - determine how many pieces of this package one user can buy during one transaction.
After filling in all the information, click the "Save" button . Your ticket package is now ready for sale!

Yes. If a ticket has bundling enabled, you can add it to a bundle, even if it is invisible in the general sale. This is a great way to create unique offers.
